Retreat or return

Clouds seem to be in two minds.

Confusion in change.

Born in the year 1968, my childhood was spent amidst the beautiful scenic landscape of a small town in India, Ranchi. Though an engineer by qualification, reading, writing and cooking are my passions. Another thing that I am passionate about is my country, India. As they say, a lifetime is probably not enough to explore the whole of India. Currently based in Kolkata, I can be reached at gdutta17@gmail.com.

    1. I can imagine. We, in India, have been generally lucky this year. The rains have been good and we expect crops this year to be good too. Autumn in India is when the rains begin to retreat but we still get occasional heavy but brief showers. We had one yesterday afternoon and that was when I wrote this. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™

      1. ๐Ÿ˜€ Verrrrryyyy much Happy. Please make that four cups next week. But Earl Grey is certainly not going to switch you from coffee. You need a good large cuppa of the finest aromatic tea from India to do that. ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. Thank you. The autumn season here in India is one when the monsoon begins to retreat and we have freak, sudden sharp showers….just like the one heavy but brief downpour we had last afternoon. It is so sudden that sometimes you are caught, totally unprepared to face the rain. ๐Ÿ˜Š
