Batsman scores a six.

Field-a simmering cauldron.

Dejected few leave.

Born in the year 1968, my childhood was spent amidst the beautiful scenic landscape of a small town in India, Ranchi. Though an engineer by qualification, reading, writing and cooking are my passions. Another thing that I am passionate about is my country, India. As they say, a lifetime is probably not enough to explore the whole of India. Currently based in Kolkata, I can be reached at gdutta17@gmail.com.

    1. Thank you so much. Yes, am aware that one doesn’t need to use all the words but using all three increases the complexity a bit more, hence makes it more challenging and therefore a little more appealing. I did try and the closest resemblance that I could come to a “tank” is a “cauldron”. 😊

      1. We Brits say that it’s ‘tanking’ (pouring) down with rain, tanking (speeding) down the road, or wear tank tops (little knitted vest over shirts or blouses) to use it in other ways rather than a water holding vessel or vehicle.

      2. It certainly did. I am just an amateur writer, writing out of my love for it. So whatever knowledge I gather by my interactions helps me in my pursuit to improve my skill. Thanks once again. 😊🙏
